Confidentiality Statement

It is important to know that the level of your investment will remain confidential.  Sunart Community Renewables will therefore offer the following assurances:

• Regardless of how many shares you own, you and everyone else has one vote each. This means that your level of investment can not be inferred from how many votes you have.
• Within the company and the community, only the treasurer and financial counter-signatories will know how much each investment is worth.
• An administrator may be appointed.  It is likely that this individual will also have access to this information.
• Undertakings of confidentiality will be signed by these individuals.
• No other member of the board, the company or the community will know the level of your investment.
